Two files are required


 'label file' or pdb file

 base pair information
tab seperated file
basepair_n	segid_a	resid_a	type_a	segid_b	resid_b	type_b	saenger_class

first and last column are not used by the program.
type  , segid and resid must match with label file / pdb file





 base pair file can be generated here 

 can handle insertions,deletions,pseudoknots and multiple chains

 "segid resid" or "chain resid" must be unique

 based on Graphviz
