Introduction

XRNA is a Java based suite of tools for the creation, annotation and viewing of RNA secondary structure graphs. See the CMB-RNA XRNA Faq for system requirements, setting up and running.

System Requirements

Although XRNA is written in Java it has currently only been tested on Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP running on machines with a Pentium III processor.

XRNA has currently been tested on Java versions 1.3 and 1.4.1, and 1.4.2 but the intent is to always be able to run on the latest version.
